Working closely with clients ranging from national facilities directors to property managers and property owners, we manage a wide range of services that are required to effectively design, build and maintain professional workplaces throughout the state of California.
Our Story
CRE Construction Group was founded by Paul DiMattia who chose to combine his passion for commercial construction, property maintenance, entrepreneurship and commitment to providing excellent customer service into one company.
From 2005 to 2017, Paul worked exclusively as a Certified Public Accountant for various companies in both the United States and Europe. Paul’s astute accounting abilities allowed many of his client’s companies to grow substantially while he simultaneously gained invaluable insight on both building and managing successful businesses. Five years prior to starting CRE Construction Group, Paul served as the V.P. of Finance and Operations for a commercial property maintenance company in the Bay Area. Given his desire to also offer commercial construction services, Paul became a Certified General Contractor at which point he started his own company, CRE Construction Group.
CRE Construction Group is quickly becoming the one-stop assistance for all commercial construction and property maintenance needs! We owe our success to the many personal recommendations we receive from facilities and property management teams. Our proven expertise has now allowed us to proudly look after some of the most exclusive real estate portfolios in California.
Future Vision
Our primary goal is to continually provide high-quality service to our customers and become one of the premier commercial contractors in the state of California. In order to achieve this goal, we frequently survey our customers and make any needed modifications to consequently enhance our services.
CRE Construction Group constantly monitors changing technology to ensure we use the latest and most cost-effective equipment, software and programs. We are constantly improving our business processes through the use of a powerful CRM and programs that are tailored for the commercial real estate industry. As our company grows, we will stay abreast of current trends in the marketplace, which will allow us to provide the best-quality service to our customers.
Although our clients are predominantly in the state of California, we anticipate that our presence will grow to a national scale in years to come. CRE Construction Group will be able to capitalize on the reputation we have built and expand to a national level to continue to produce premium-quality projects that are completed on time and on budget!
